We built the observability tool we wished we had
ModelTrace Observatory was born from a simple frustration: the tools that worked for traditional software did not work for AI. We set out to close the observability gap for production AI systems.
The problem we saw
AI teams were shipping models to production at breakneck speed, but observability lagged behind. Traditional APM tools tracked latency and error codes, yet they said nothing about whether an LLM was hallucinating, drifting, or being manipulated by adversarial prompts.
When incidents happened, engineers spent days stitching together logs, trying to reproduce non-deterministic failures with no tracing, no eval metrics, and no historical context.
What we built
ModelTrace Observatory is a purpose-built observability platform for production AI. It captures every request, traces every decision step, evaluates quality in real time, and alerts the right team before regressions reach users.
Our team combines deep experience in MLOps, site-reliability engineering, and developer tooling. We understand the unique challenges of operating AI because we have lived them ourselves.
